Meet Cameron Kern

Cameron, a student at Pierce College, will be joining our team on Fridays and Saturdays.  He is a full-time Pierce College student seeking an Associate Degree for transfer in Sociology and Journalism, with outside experience in sales, public speaking, writing/producing award winning news content at the college level, and service industry related work. Cameron will be helping us at the Center with promotion through social media and general advertising, as well as setting up for meetings and giving us a different perspective on running the SFVACC.  Cameron enthusiastically states, "I can’t wait to help build and support this art center anyway I can.

Calling all Volunteers!

The SFVACC has started a new concept for sitting the Center.  We will be putting together a team of professional docents to watch over the Center during our exhibits.  These docents will be trained in everything they need to know about running the Center and being a welcoming representative behind the reception desk. Organizations can also have their members keep our professional docents company, if they so wish.  We will need to fill forty 3-hour shifts during each of our 2019 4-week exhibits. So think about joining our team and immerse yourself in all that creative energy at the Center!  Click here for the application.  SFAVCC VOLUNTEER DOCENT APPLICATION.docx  For sitters already on our schedule, please click on sitter mobile login  sitter calendar
